GRID Legends
I've played all of the GRID games, so I was excited to see a new entry in the series. Overall this game is good, but not great. ''Image' 'You'll notice some locations familiar to the GRID series, like Chicago in this screenshot.'' For gameplay, the driving feels pretty smooth overall and there seems to be less of a tendency to spin out compared to older GRID games. Other racers will occasionally make mistakes and hit a barrier or spin out, which can in turn cause bigger wrecks or pile-ups. This is in line with older titles in the..

Star Wars Battlefront
Another game that Dice did good, not perfect , but playable and most of the time, enjoyable! I like it so far, the graphics are great on the Xbox Series X, I am working on the campaign at the moment and it is fun so far! There are some very cool maps, all the weapons are fun to use, sometimes you’ll get some powers that can annihilate so many enemies, you just got to learn when is the right moment to use! Get your butt kicked and kick butt with this game, and most importantly have fun! ..

Destiny 2: Lightfall
After the Witch Queen expansion I was feeling pretty confident that this would be another knockout expansion, especially with all of the marketing dollars Bungie pumped into it! Sadly, I was mistaken. I have terrible luck with choosing which games to preorder, so of course I preordered this one. ''Image'' Most of the campaign is centered around Neptune in a city called Neomuna. What's odd is that you'll see holograms of its citizens throughout, but you can't interact with any of them. This is because they have all uploaded themselves to..

Deathloop
DEATHLOOP, a game like no other. It certainly had a lot to offer, but could it have offered more? From my perspective, yes. Deathloop was great, don't get me wrong, but i feel it focused too much on the pvp encounters to make the game more engaging and drawn out, and thus left the (quite literally) amazing and intriguing world feel lacking or shallow. Although there was a story progression along with side quests and (exotic?) weapon unlock quests, the overall game was short lived. This game would've been game of the year (in my..

Cozy Grove
Welcome to Cozy Grove, a life-sim game about camping on a haunted, ever-changing island. As a Spirit Scout, you'll wander the island's forest each day, finding new hidden secrets and helping soothe the local ghosts. With a little time and a lot of crafting, you'll bring color and joy back to Cozy Grove! I love this game, I've been playing it for a month now and I can tell is Animal Crossing Chilled Version. Cozy Grove succeeds on all notes, especially on the Nintendo Switch. Having this game on Pc and Nintendo Switch, the latter is the..

Grounded
Quick review: I like this game so far, many bugs that will scare the heck out of you, but the stronger you get, the easier to get rid of them. Big backyard to run around lol many items you can craft, and weapons oh and armor! Just started this game, I will update review once I level up more! But good thumps up so far! ..

The Elder Scrolls Online
As a huge fan of Bethesda's games and the Elder Scrolls series in particular, I knew I'd have to eventually get around to this game. I've watched it go on countless sales, enticing players to give it a try, but I never had the opportunity to do so myself as I was already wrapped up with so many other great games. In fact, one of said games was/is another MMO by the name of Final Fantasy XIV. If you like either of these games, you will like the other. ''Image' 'You will most definitely notice some of the similarities with other Elder..

Halo Infinite
I sadly realized this truth right away, but after spending another 25+ hours playing the game, I have to say that yet again it is an inauthentic entry in the Halo series. I must say that I have only played the free-to-play multiplayer so far, and have not purchased the Campaign. I don't want to spend $60 on another lackluster storyline. When it goes on sale I'd like to try it out, but still to this day, almost a year after release, there is no campaign co-op which is wild for a Halo game. ''Image' 'One will find many arena style maps in..

Assassin's Creed Odyssey
After spending a lot of time with Origins, and now a lot of time with Odyssey, I can definitely say that they are both worth the playthrough! It's not exactly the classic Assassin's Creed experience, but I'm fine with that. In my opinion it was time for them to do some kind of twist with the series, especially with the rate at which they were pumping these games out for awhile there. ''Image' 'There are plenty of characters with personality to help immerse you in these ancient stories.'' A lot of the gameplay and visuals in this game..

MLB The Show 22
The Show is a great game every year. Since 2019 I have played exclusively on the Diamond Dynasty mode, so this review is tailored towards that (as opposed to RTTS, Franchise, etc). The graphics are amazing once again. The current gen versions are stunning. My gripe with the game comes with hitting, I am not sure what SDS has done with the settings but hitting is a nightmare right now. I don't really know what else to say in this review but if you are looking for a sports game to play this is probably the top one out there in terms of..

Kingdom Come: Deliverance
By far one of the best open world games i have ever played. Unlike other games that offer a world of open exploration and loot from the get go, KCD focus' on a more harsh start, which, seeing as you're a poor blacksmiths son, makes sense. Don't expect to out duel someone or steal something too easily, and good luck picking up a book and trying to read! Whilst KCD's gruelling progression of skills can feel difficult at first, it makes it extremely rewarding when you achieve higher skills and abilities eventually noticing the world..

Visage
Well well well.. Visage.. where to begin? Would it be the frightening similarity to silent hills' ''P.T'' (that was discontinued after the demo) having to deal with a constant looming threat? The anxiety of being chased through hallways like in outlast? The most subtle hints and illusive puzzle method that starts you with very little to go off and feeling like you're going insane? Don't get me wrong, I'm not hating on the game at all, or saying its a rip off. It definitely took some of the best concepts from other horror games, but..

Hell Let Loose
This game is a lot more tactical than your typical first person shooter. You have a commander on your team who will delegate tasks to the squad leaders, who then tell their squad members (2-6 people depending on your squad's role/job) what to do. It's similar to another game that I reviewed called Rising Storm 2: Vietnam. ''Image' 'Expect large forests as you crawl through the weeds for any shred of cover you can possibly find, making your way towards enemy objectives.'' You cannot simply go sprinting into battle after your..

Fallout 76: Wastelanders
FO76 was my first console game I ever owned and oh boy, I am so happy I gave it a second chance. The game takes place in an alternate reality on the aftermath of a nuclear war between China and The United States, therefore many mutants, scorched creatures, radiation is surrounding you, you can’t escape from the gangsters either, bad eagles killing good bots and remaining good humans. Very easy to learn, kinda big map in my opinion, I wish they would expand it a bit more but let’s hope they plan on it in the future. There’s so many..

Retrograde Arena
This was a very pleasant (free) surprise! This is a retro arcade styled twin stick shooter. It's heavily based on physics though; rather than killing your opponents by shooting them, you must use the force of your shots to push your enemies into certain "kill barriers." The location of said barriers varies by map. There are several powerups spread throughout the maps that temporarily change/upgrade your weapon as well. ''Image' 'Each map has a different layout of red, yellow, and blue squares. You want to avoid the red..

Assassin's Creed
When this game came out, I remember myself and many of my friends being so excited since we were finally getting some completely new IP. At that time in 2007 endless sequels, remakes, and remasters were already starting to become a thing - which, ironically, the Assassin's Creed series would also go on to do. The gameplay is a little bit pared down compared to Assassin's Creed II, III, or Black Flag. Definitely a lot different compared to Origins, Odyssey, or Valhalla. This is more of a third person action adventure stealth 3D platformer..

Diablo Immortal
I've barely just started playing this, but after 10-ish hours I can already say this game offers a much higher production quality than most other mobile games that are out there. That alone makes it a joy to play with. When the game was announced, a lot of people complained quite a bit about how it was mobile only. I am not sure when the decision was made to develop for PC as well. As of the time of this review, the PC version was in a "public preview" kind of thing. ''Image' 'The gameplay should feel very familiar to Diablo..

Battlefield 3
This game started out a little rough at release (like a lot of DICE games), but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I had a few friends who played a lot as well (several of which are on this very site) which definitely increased the fun factor. It felt like an upgraded and further refined version of Bad Company 2. This is a good thing, as BC2 was already a great FPS. ''Image' 'Battlefield 3's campaign is much more action oriented, like this scene on a train'' The graphics were great for the Xbox 360 when they came out, but they really shine (even..
