The Long DarkI'm a huge fan of survival/exploration type games so I was definitely intrigued when I stumbled across this little beauty. It was still pretty early in Alpha when I found it, but it was love at first sight. The art style alone won me over almost instantly! The game has grown so much over the last few years and every update was better than the last. They've recently added a lot of new features, like new animals and wildlife, new food/objects and new challenges. Not to mention the highly anticipated Wintermute story campaign. I can't stress..

Race Driver: GRIDI loved this game so much. It is a near-perfect hybrid of arcade and simulation racing. I have always been a fan of Codemasters' titles, but this one will always have a special place in my heart. Loved the graphics. You have always been able to see a nice progression in visuals in the TOCA and Colin McRae series. Colors popped and the damage model for cars was much improved. DestinyAs an avid Halo player, I was very excited to see Bungie working on another project. I had my doubts when I had heard that they were teaming up with Activision. Well, the game turned out to be very solid in my opinion. The graphics still hold up easily against today's new games, the audio is great (Though I do miss Marty O'Donnell dearly), and I have never gotten the console to lag when playing the game. Mass Effect 3Awesome game with a crazy story and even better graphics than the previous two installments. The UI is fantastic and the combat is much smoother and exciting. My only complaint is the ending, which felt a little unsatisfying, especially after 3 games. However, the story and characters are just as interesting and before and the game itself is very fun and entertaining...

Mass Effect 2This is the game that got me into video games. It took everything right about ME1 and made it even better. There's plenty of missions, side quests and more to keep you occupied and it obviously has replay value with so many different choices in the game. I would recommend this one to anybody that likes video games, it's legendary...

Mass EffectHonestly a really great game that has so much to offer. Although the shooting mechanics and some of the game features are less than amazing, it's characters and story and fantastic. Commander Shepard is one of my favorite characters in video game/movie/TV history and is one of the reasons I fell in love with video games as an adult. Every choice you make in the game can effect your story all the way into the 3rd game. The same goes for the relationships you make with other characters. Player Unknown's BattlegroundsIt's ok, Do I prefer it over H1Z1? No, H1 is something that more of a majority of people can run. I don't have a God Like PC, but I don't have a terrible one either. I cant stand the frame drops and how bad it actually looks even on high settings. Do I hate it? No but there are so many other games that look so much better and don't require a PC that jesus himself put together...

Player Unknown's BattlegroundsGreat game, especially if you're into the battle royal genre. Tried H1Z1 but the game is just to hard to be good at. Battleground creates a fair playing field as well as tons of cool scopes, mags, stocks and barrel attachments for you to improve you gun and give you slight advantages. As of this post (May 5th) the game is a bit of pain to run. With my Ryzen 7 1700 and 4gb Rx 480 i get 60 fps on high with shadows on low. It isn't optimized yet, and when they get it fully optimized in the coming months it will be the go to battle royal game,..

Torchlight IIThis is one of the most colorful and fun games I've played. The art in it is awesome. I've spent countless hours playing through the campaign and endgame content with all of the classes. From DustI really like this game. It can be very challenging at times though, I would sometimes have to restart levels like 3-4 times especially if I was dealing w/ lava. You really gotta move w/ a plan quickly so you don't fall behind in certain situations which really adds some suspense to the game. Games really fun but brought it down to an 8 because of these plants that burst w/ water, they are not very effective in my opinion... It sure was a lesson learning that >_..

Final Fantasy VIIFor a lot of American players, Final Fantasy VII was their first big RPG they delved into. With 3 discs of state of the art battle segments, cutscenes, memorable music, personal characters, and a film-esque touch, it's hard not to know of this game. The summon segments & Limit Break segments are fun to watch (Bahamut ZERO, Leviathan, Omnislash, Chaos, Highwind). The cutscenes contained some of THE best graphics of its time.
