id Tech 7Game Engine

Features ten times the geometric detail of id Tech 6 and higher texture fidelity due to the removal of the MegaTexture pipeline, which has been in use since id Tech 4. Thanks to this and the removal of OpenGL, the codebase was reduced by more than a million lines of code. Adds support for ray traced reflections and variable rate shading. Also supports HDR on all modern platforms, and has improved particles and global illumination.
This is a new feature, and as such more games are being connected with engines all the time.
