An untitled new installment of the Battlefield series previously in development by Seattle's Ridgeline Games, with assistance from DICE. Ridgeline is closed as of February 2024, leaving many to assume that these events will delay the game further, perhaps beyond 2025. DICE is responsible for the multiplayer, Motive is working on the single player, Ripple Effect is making a new mode, and Criterion is assisting with both single and multiplayer.
